By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
By accessing or using the MatrixCreators website, services or software products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. MatrixCreators is a child company of Globaldigitaz.com, registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
MatrixCreators provides digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, web design, branding, video production, graphic design), analytics and strategy services, software development services, and software products (School Management, Hospital Management, Gym Management, Billing, Inventory, School ERP, CRM Software, POS System).
As a client, you agree to: provide accurate information for service delivery, grant necessary access to platforms and accounts, pay invoices within agreed terms (typically 7 days), not use services for unlawful purposes, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary strategies and reports.
Monthly retainers are due on the 1st of each month. Project-based work requires 50% advance. Late payment interest of 2% per month applies after 30 days. All prices exclude GST (18%). Ad spend already deployed is non-refundable. Management fees are refundable pro-rata with 15 days' notice.
Custom-designed assets transfer to the client upon full payment. MatrixCreators' proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks and brand remain our exclusive intellectual property. Software products are licensed (not sold). We reserve portfolio display rights unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
MatrixCreators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, leads or revenue.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach uncured after 10 days, non-payment overdue by 45+ days, or insolvency of either party.
Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation within 30 days, then mediation if needed. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
MatrixCreators may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
